Orla was born in 1970 in Dublin, where she attended St. Dominics College and NCAD. After attracting interest from selling her work to Heinz HQ in Pittsburg, USA, she recently headed an hugely successful advertising campagin in Czech Republic for the VSUP Heinz Art Competition, featuring work from her Ketchup collection. Her depictions of the iconic irish brands such as Tayto, Guinness and Jacobs biscuits have gained her an international following. Orlas work has established
her as one
of the leading Pop artists of her generation.
