Paul has studied at the Limerick School of Art and Design under Thomas Ryan, PPRHA and Patrick McEvoy for five years, going on to work as a master hand engraver and jeweler. It was an early retirement from business that had him happily return to fine art.

He works in oil, acrylic and watercolor with a wide variety of subject matter and has exhibited in many venues throughout the country. A member of several art societies as well as being a founder and teacher, his work is held in many private and corporate collections throughout the world.
